"We design and make things that are built to last — for the spaces that set the standard."
James Fiddy, Founder
Chelsea Harbour, London

Make Bespoke Studio designs and manufactures bespoke furniture, joinery, lighting and flooring for the world's leading hospitality and residential projects. Founded by James Fiddy, the studio brings together a network of specialist manufacturing facilities across Europe, each chosen for its depth of craft in a specific discipline.

The studio's manufacturing network spans fifteen specialist sites across five countries. Each facility is chosen for mastery of a single discipline — joinery and case goods, traditional and contemporary marquetry, hand-blown Murano glass, verre églomisé, bespoke metalwork, crystal chandeliers, traditional khatam and carving. Together they give every project access to the right hands, at the right scale, with the right capability.

Make Bespoke Studio works with interior designers, architects and developers who need a single point of accountability across design, production, delivery and installation. Projects have included The Grill at The Dorchester, Mandarin Oriental Residences Beverly Hills, Maybourne Riviera and many private residences across London and Europe.

Studio story

The story
behind the studio

James Fiddy founded Make Bespoke Studio after a decade working in luxury interiors procurement, sourcing furniture and joinery for high-end hospitality projects across the Middle East and Europe. The founding insight was simple: the gap between what an interior designer specifies and what a factory produces is where quality is lost. Make Bespoke Studio was built to close that gap.

The studio operates as a single point of accountability, taking responsibility for design development, production management, quality control, delivery logistics and installation. Every supplier in the network is visited in person and selected for a specific capability, not general competence.
