Delivery

White-glove delivery to site

Make Bespoke Studio operates its own delivery fleet for London and the South East, and works with specialist art-handling logistics companies for international and long-distance deliveries. All pieces are wrapped, crated and tracked from factory to site.

We coordinate delivery dates with the main contractor or site manager to ensure pieces arrive when the site is ready to receive them, not before, and not late. Delivery teams are briefed on fragile finishes and access routes before every delivery.

In Detail

The last mile is part of the making

A finished piece is only as good as its arrival. Our delivery operation is run by people who handle bespoke work daily — wrapped corners, blanket-and-board protection, climate awareness for finished timber — not a courier with a van. London deliveries run on our schedule; national and international shipments are crated to export standard.

Access, surveyed in advance

The classic delivery failure — the piece that does not fit the lift — is a design-stage error, not a delivery-day surprise. Access is checked during technical development: stair widths, lift dimensions, door reveals. Where a finished piece cannot travel whole, it is designed in sections that join invisibly on site.

Sequenced to site

On project work, deliveries are sequenced with the site programme — furniture after floors, joinery before decoration completes — and coordinated with the contractor’s logistics. International projects ship with full documentation, and our installation teams travel with the work where the commission requires it.
