Every commission begins in CAD. The workshop uses 3D modelling to resolve geometry, tolerances and material details before cutting starts. This design-to-manufacture workflow means problems are solved on screen, not on site. Once production begins, senior joiners work through each piece on the bench, with the same precision that the digital drawings demand.
The workshop has its own dedicated installation team. That is a deliberate choice. The makers who build the joinery understand how it should be fitted, and the installation crew feeds back to the workshop floor. The result is a single team responsible for the full journey: technical drawing, production, finishing, delivery and on-site fitting. Within easy reach of London, the workshop coordinates closely with the studio throughout.
