Every commission follows the same five stages, whether you are furnishing a single room or coordinating a full building fit-out. The process is designed to protect your design intent, control cost and keep your programme on track.
Each stage has a clear deliverable and a sign-off point. Nothing moves to the next step until you are satisfied. The result is a transparent, predictable path from first sketch to installed piece.
You send concept or technical drawings. We review for buildability, propose materials and detailing, and flag anything that needs refining before it costs time or money. If something can be made better, we say so. If a tolerance matters, we call it out.
This stage typically takes three to five working days depending on the complexity of the scheme. At the end, you have a clear picture of what is feasible, what needs further development, and a route forward.
We prepare physical material and finish samples so you and your client can see and touch the proposed palette. Pricing is quoted transparently, line by line, on a trade basis. No hidden margins. Every cost is itemised: materials, labour, finishing, freight.
This lets you present to your client with confidence. Amendments at this stage cost nothing. We would rather spend time refining samples than correcting production.
For complex or high-value pieces, we produce a physical prototype and detailed shop drawings for sign-off. Dimensions, finishes, hardware, edge profiles: everything is agreed on paper and in the hand before production begins.
This step prevents expensive corrections downstream. Simpler items may go straight to production after sample approval.
Pieces are made to specification across our specialist workshops, each chosen for mastery of the relevant discipline. Quality control runs at every stage: raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final sign-off before dispatch.
We share progress photography at agreed milestones so you can keep your client informed. Lead times range from a few weeks for individual items to several months for a full fit-out, agreed with you at the outset and aligned to your installation programme.
We coordinate freight, customs where needed, and white-glove site delivery. Pieces arrive wrapped, protected and on programme. Our installation team works alongside your project team and other trades on site.
We stand behind the work after handover. If something needs attention post-install, we come back.
Every project has its own constraints. Budget, location and programme shape how we structure production, and our workshop network gives us flexibility that a single factory cannot. We tailor the route to suit your project, not the other way around.
When cost matters most, we draw on workshops in Turkey, Poland and southern Europe where skilled labour and raw materials keep production costs lower, without compromising on finish or quality control.
Samples are produced and sent to you for sign-off before anything moves to full production. The same specification, the same oversight.
For overseas projects, we work with makers close to the site. Production in northern Italy for a Monaco residence. Workshops in Istanbul for a Middle Eastern commission. Proximity reduces freight cost, shortens delivery windows and simplifies logistics.
We can send samples direct to your client for approval, wherever they are in the world.
When the programme is tight, we run parallel production across multiple workshops. Joinery from one, metalwork from another, upholstery from a third. Central coordination and quality control keep everything aligned for a single delivery window.
This is where the breadth of the network matters most: no single bottleneck holds up the whole project.
We also produce in the UK. British workshops carry a premium, but they keep traditional craftsmanship skills alive and support local manufacturing. For clients who value provenance and proximity, UK production is always an option, and for certain disciplines it remains the strongest choice.
