"One studio. Many workshops. Your inbox stays clean."

We sit between your practice and a vetted network of specialist makers. You brief one person, receive one quote, follow one programme. Behind that single thread sits the right workshop for each discipline, chosen because they are the best at what they do.

Most designers we work with run lean studios. They do not have the bandwidth to manage five separate makers across three countries, each with their own lead times, payment terms and quality thresholds. That is the problem we solve. You send drawings, we coordinate everything from sampling to site delivery, and the finished piece arrives on programme.

We are not a reseller and we do not hold stock. Every commission is made to your specification, in the workshop best suited to the materials and techniques involved. Your design intent stays intact. Your client sees your name on the work, not ours.

Why work with us

Four reasons designers keep coming back

A vetted maker network

We match each commission to the right workshop, chosen for mastery of a specific discipline. Joinery in Devon, metalwork in Sussex, upholstery in Manchester, glass in Murano, furniture in Bergamo, Istanbul and Łódź. Every facility is visited before we place work there, and held to the same standard throughout production.

Workshops are selected on capability, not geography alone. We look at tooling, finishing capacity, material handling and willingness to sample until the detail is right. If a maker falls short on a QC check, they do not receive the next commission. The network earns its place project by project.

One point of contact

One person coordinates your entire project: sampling, pricing, production, delivery, installation. There is a single email thread, one quote document, one programme, one set of shop drawings. No chasing separate trades. No conflicting schedules.

In practice this means you send your drawings once, receive a consolidated response, and deal with one diary for site visits and sign-offs. If something changes on site, you call one number. We handle the cascade across workshops, freight and installation teams so your inbox stays clean.

Logistics handled

We manage freight, customs clearance and white-glove delivery. Pieces arrive wrapped, blanket-protected and on programme. For international shipments we handle export paperwork, bonded storage where needed and last-mile coordination to the site address.

On site, we coordinate with your contractor, other trades and building management. Installation teams arrive with the right fixings, protection materials and access permissions already confirmed. After handover, we remain the single point of contact for any snag or adjustment.

We work to your process

Your drawings lead. We advise on feasibility, materials and detailing, but the design intent is always yours. We fit into your programme, your reporting structure and your site schedule. If you issue drawing revisions through a numbered system, we follow it. If you use a shared drive, we use the same folder structure.

The designer's name is on the piece. We are here to make it real, not to redesign it. Your client relationship stays yours. We present as your manufacturing partner at site meetings when you want us there, and stay in the background when you do not.

"The best projects happen when we disappear into the background. The designer's name is on the piece, not ours. We are here to make it real."
