Our Process
Every Make Bespoke Studio commission is assigned a dedicated project manager who is the single point of contact for the client, designer and contractor. The project manager coordinates all trades, joinery, metalwork, upholstery, stone, and maintains the programme from sign-off through to installation.
We produce detailed programmes showing every milestone, drawing approval, sample sign-off, production start, delivery and installation dates. Progress is reported weekly and any programme risks are flagged and resolved proactively.

Regular inspections throughout production ensure quality and specification are maintained.
Delivery dates are coordinated with the main contractor to ensure the site is ready to receive.

Every commission carries a single project lead from confirmation to handover — the person who knows the drawings, the programme, the site and the state of every component. Designers and contractors deal with one name, not a switchboard, and that continuity is most of what makes complex packages land calmly.
A single reading chair does not need a Gantt chart, and a forty-room hotel floor cannot run without one. The machinery of management scales to the commission — what stays constant is that someone is accountable, and reachable, for the whole of it.
