Installation

Professional installation by our team

Make Bespoke Studio's installation team carries out all fitting work on-site, joinery fixing, furniture positioning, hardware installation and final adjustments. We do not use sub-contractors for installation: the same craftspeople who built the pieces install them.

On completion, we carry out a formal snagging inspection with the client and their designer. Any items that do not meet the agreed specification are remedied within an agreed timescale. We provide a written sign-off record at the end of every installation.

In Detail

Installed by the people who made it

Our installation teams belong to the same operation as the workshops — they know how each piece is built, where its fixings hide and what its finish will and will not forgive. On site that knowledge reads as speed and calm: pieces land right first time, and the snagging list stays short.

How an installation runs

  1. Pre-install survey – site readiness checked against the programme: floors down, decoration state, power available, access clear.
  2. Protection – floors and finished surfaces protected before anything heavy moves.
  3. Fitting – joinery scribed to the room’s true lines; furniture placed, levelled and fixed; site joints closed invisibly.
  4. Final finishing – touch-in, polish and hardware adjustment done in place, under the room’s own light.
  5. Handover – the piece walked through with the client or designer, care guidance handed over, and the project record closed into aftercare.

On live sites

Hotel and commercial installations run inside a contractor’s programme — inductions, RAMS, sequenced trades and night working where venues are trading. It is part of the service, not an extra: contract work is most of what we do.
