Yes. Most commissions begin with your concept or technical drawings. We assess feasibility, propose materials and detailing, and prepare samples and a quote before anything moves to production. Your design intent leads throughout. Where a detail can be improved or a tolerance matters, we will say so, but the creative direction is always yours.
We quote transparently, line by line, on a trade basis for interior designers and architects. Every cost is itemised: materials, labour, finishing, freight. Pricing reflects the materials, finishes and complexity of each piece, and is agreed before any work begins. There are no hidden margins.
Lead times depend on the piece and the materials. Individual items can take a few weeks; a complete fit-out runs to several months. We agree a programme aligned to your installation date at the outset and provide progress updates at agreed milestones.
Yes. We coordinate freight, customs where needed, and white-glove site delivery. Our team works alongside your project team on site and we stand behind the work after handover. If something needs attention post-install, we come back.
Yes. We make across all four disciplines, so a single point of contact can coordinate the whole package for a room or a building, rather than splitting it across several trades. This simplifies your programme and reduces the risk of conflicting schedules.
We work with practices across prime central London and internationally, including recent projects in Monaco and the South of France. Our studio is at Chelsea Harbour. Production draws on a network of specialist workshops in the UK and Europe.
There is no fixed minimum. We are as comfortable with a single statement piece as a multi-floor fit-out. The approach is the same regardless of scale: proper sampling, transparent pricing, quality control at every stage.
