Make Bespoke Studio Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through the enquiry and commission process. We are registered in England and Wales. Our studio is based in Chelsea Harbour, London.

What we collect
We collect only what is necessary. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Contact and enquiry data: name, email address, telephone number, company name, and the details of your project enquiry submitted through our contact form or directly by email.
- Commission and project data: specifications, drawings, correspondence and other materials exchanged during the design and production of a commission.
- Usage data: anonymised information about how visitors use this website, collected via analytics tools (see Cookies, below).
- Communications: records of emails and messages exchanged with the studio.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, financial account, or biometric information) and we do not collect data from children.
How we use it

How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected and to meet our legal obligations. In practice:
- Enquiry data from projects that did not proceed: typically 12 months from last contact
- Commission and project records: typically 7 years from project completion, in line with standard commercial record-keeping requirements
- Financial records: as required by HMRC and applicable accounting legislation
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who support our operations, under strict confidentiality obligations:
- Cloud storage and project management tools used to manage commission files
- Email and communication platforms
- Accountants and legal advisors where required
- Website analytics providers (anonymised, aggregated data only)
Where any provider is based outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR.
