From brief to opening night
1. Brief and feasibility. Send your drawings, FF&E schedule or moodboards. We review feasibility per item, propose materials, finishes and detailing, and flag any small adjustments that will save time, cost or risk into opening.
2. Samples and pricing. Material and finish samples are prepared, and a transparent itemised quote covers banquettes, loose seating, bar joinery and decorative work, so the design and operations teams can decide line by line.
3. Prototype and sign-off. For repeated items, a full prototype is built and signed off against the specification. From that benchmark, the run is locked. Banquette cushion builds, fabric, fire performance and detailing carry across faithfully.
4. Production and quality control. Pieces are made across the specialist workshop network with quality control at each stage. Programme is aligned to your construction sequence and opening date.
5. Phased delivery and installation. Freight, site delivery and installation are coordinated with your project team, by area or by zone, so the dining room and bar can be dressed and signed off in turn. We stand behind the work after handover.

Do you make fixed banquettes and booth seating?
Yes. Fixed banquettes are one of our most-made hospitality pieces, from continuous wall-runs to fully detailed booths with leather backs, fluted panelling, brass trim and integrated lighting.
Each banquette is built to the room from a site survey, because a run that has to meet a wall, a column and a service riser is never a catalogue length. Frames are hardwood, and the cushion build, fabric and fire performance are specified for contract use, with upholstery made to BS 5852, Crib 5 or your chosen standard and compliance confirmed at sample stage. Seat and back cushions can be made removable for cleaning and re-covering, and fabrics and leathers are chosen for the cleaning regime they will face. Can you deliver a whole dining room and bar as one package?

Can you work to a tight pre-opening programme?
Yes. Restaurants and bars often need a fast, well-coordinated programme into a fixed opening date, and we plan production around your construction milestones from the first drawing.
Discrete pieces typically take 10 to 14 weeks from approved drawings and fitted bar joinery 12 to 16 weeks, so the earliest decisions matter most: we flag long-lead items (stone bar tops, specialist metal finishes, Murano lighting at 14 to 18 weeks, contract fabrics) in the first programme and order them against drawing approval. Repeated items such as chairs and stools are prototyped early, so the run can start as soon as the sample is signed off, and samples are approved in batches so production begins on agreed components while the rest are resolved. We deliver in phases, so soft launch and opening can be hit without holding the whole package to the slowest line, and installation of fitted work typically takes one to five days. Where a date cannot be met, we say so at quotation.
