"A guest judges the room the moment they sit down."

Make Bespoke Studio is a manufacturing partner for hotel developers, operators and hospitality designers. We make the guest room and suite furniture, public-area joinery, lighting and decorative craftsmanship that a hotel needs, working from your drawings and brief, and we stay responsible across the FF&E package from sample to installation.

Hotels are unforgiving. Furniture takes daily guest turnover, repeated cleaning and the small impacts of luggage and movement at corners and contact points. Materials, joinery details and finishes have to be chosen for that life, not just for the photograph at opening. Where a piece is repeated across keys, the last room has to match the first, in colour, profile and feel, and the programme has to land in phases that fit the construction sequence rather than the maker's diary.

One studio across furniture, joinery, lighting and decorative work means one specification, one programme and one party who answers when a question crosses disciplines. For a developer or procurement lead, that is fewer suppliers to manage, a clearer line of accountability and a more consistent interior at handover. We are equally comfortable on a complete hotel package or on a single signature piece in a presidential suite.

We work with hospitality designers, hotel groups and developers across prime central London and internationally. If you are planning a hotel, a refurbishment or a new opening and want a single maker across bespoke FF&E, joinery and decorative craftsmanship, we would be glad to review your package and prepare an estimate.

Why hotel teams work with us

Built for the way a hotel actually runs.

Hotels live or fail on the small things: a drawer that still closes square after a thousand uses, a finish that survives daily housekeeping, a fitting that arrives in the right week on the right floor. We are set up for that, with one studio coordinating a specialist workshop network behind a single point of contact.

Contract durability

Pieces are specified for daily guest turnover, with material selection and joinery detailing built to take repeated cleaning and the small impacts of real use. Upholstery is made to BS 5852, Crib 5 or your chosen standard.

Repeatability across keys

Specifications are locked once, prototyped, signed off and then reproduced faithfully across the run. The thirtieth guest room matches the first in colour, tolerance, profile and feel.

Phased to your programme

Production and freight are sequenced around your construction programme so floors or zones can be dressed and signed off in turn, without holding up the wider opening.

One studio, every discipline

Casegoods, joinery, lighting and decorative work coordinated under one team, with our specialist workshops behind it, so you manage one relationship rather than many.

Proven at scale

London hotels we have contributed to

Working alongside leading hospitality designers and operators, we have made furniture, joinery and decorative work for many of London's most demanding hotel interiors. Scopes vary by project and we keep our claims to what we made. See the projects for the full picture.

A hotel room has to feel like the brand intended for the first guest of the day and for the thousandth. Our job is to make furniture that holds that line, room after room, and to take the FF&E coordination off the developer's desk.

How a hotel package runs

From FF&E schedule to installed interior

1. Brief and feasibility. Send your FF&E schedule, room-type drawings or moodboards. We review feasibility per item, propose materials and detailing, and flag where small adjustments will save time or budget without compromising the scheme.

2. Samples and pricing. Material and finish samples are prepared, and a transparent itemised quote covers each room type and each public-area piece, so the design and procurement teams can decide line by line.

3. Prototype and sign-off. For repeated items, a full prototype is built and signed off against the specification. From that benchmark, the run is locked. Hardware, joinery and finishes carry across faithfully.

4. Production and quality control. Pieces are made across the specialist workshop network with quality control at each stage. Programme is aligned to construction milestones, not to maker convenience.

5. Phased delivery and installation. Freight, customs, site delivery and on-site installation are coordinated with your project team, by floor or by zone, with protected storage held where needed. We stand behind the work after handover.

For developers and procurement

Working with us on a hotel FF&E package

Do you handle complete FF&E or single pieces? Both. A complete hotel package across guest rooms, suites and public areas, or a single signature piece for a presidential suite or a lobby. The coordination model is the same: one studio, one point of contact, one programme.

Can you hold quality across a long run of guest rooms? Yes. A prototype is signed off against the specification and then reproduced faithfully across the run. Materials are batch-managed, finishes are calibrated against the approved sample, and quality control sits at every stage.

Where do you make and where do you deliver? Our London studio holds the standard and the programme. Production draws on a specialist workshop network, matched to each discipline. We deliver across London, internationally and to opening dates in time zones across Europe, the Gulf and North America.

How does this fit alongside your design team? We work as a manufacturing partner around your hospitality designer, architect and procurement team. The studio sits between your drawings and the workshops, holds the specification, manages the programme and reports back through one person.

How do we start? Send your FF&E schedule, drawings or brief through contact. We will review feasibility, propose materials, prepare an itemised estimate and, where useful, share a capability overview for your wider team.
