1. Brief and feasibility. Send your FF&E schedule, room-type drawings or moodboards. We review feasibility per line, propose materials and detailing, and flag any small adjustments that will save cost, lead time or risk into opening.
2. Samples and itemised pricing. Material and finish samples are prepared, and a transparent itemised quote covers each line in the schedule. The design and procurement teams can decide line by line, and changes are repriced transparently.
3. Prototype and sign-off. For repeated items, a full prototype is built and signed off against the specification. From that benchmark, the run is locked and every subsequent piece is made to match.
4. Production, QC and programme. Pieces are manufactured across the specialist workshop network, with quality control at each stage. Programme is aligned to your construction milestones and reported in regular updates to your account lead.
5. Phased delivery and installation. Freight, customs documentation, site delivery and on-site installation are coordinated with your project team. Pieces are delivered in phases by floor, room type or area, with protected storage held where needed. We stand behind the work after handover.
Hospitality FF&E lives by its specifications. Materials, finishes and fittings are chosen for the way the space is actually used, and compliance is built into the brief rather than checked at the end.
Upholstery is built to BS 5852, Crib 5 or other fire performance standards as the brief requires, with fillings and cover fabrics selected and tested to suit. Compliance is confirmed at sample stage and recorded against each piece.
Timbers are selected from established and traceable supply, with sustainability documentation where the project requires it. Joinery details, hardware and finishes are specified for hospitality service and repeated cleaning.
Surface finishes are tested for cleaning routines, contact wear and the spills typical of hospitality service. Where a finish is calibrated against an existing scheme or material, we sample to that benchmark.
Each line carries a programme position, an approved sample reference and a quality-control record. Changes mid-programme are documented, repriced and re-circulated through the design and procurement teams.
