Nestled in the heart of London, The BoTree London emerges as a beacon of bespoke luxury, perfectly situated at the vibrant intersection of Marylebone, Mayfair and Soho. This unique property, designed by the award-winning EPR Architects with interiors by Concrete Amsterdam, serves as a masterpiece of design and bespoke craftsmanship. With 200 guest rooms, including 32 luxurious suites, The BoTree London, Curio Collection by Hilton, transcends traditional hospitality, integrating classic luxury with modern innovation.
Upon entering on the ground floor, guests are greeted by bold interiors that blend bold botanicals and delicate florals. The design, meticulously orchestrated by Concrete Amsterdam, reflects a Conscious Luxury philosophy, marrying environmentally-conscious materials with a vibrant colour-changing feature ceiling that takes centre stage. ‘The BoTree is designed to emphasize craftsmanship, consciousness of nature, and the unique floral-infused lifestyle of Marylebone,’ says Concrete project architect Melanie Knüwer.

Once the site of the iconic Welbeck Street car park, known for its brutalist architecture and striking geometric facade, the area has been transformed into a classic luxury boutique hotel. The hotel’s exterior, a work of art by EPR Architects, features a striking bronze lattice façade that mirrors the bold architectural styles of its surroundings while making its own modern mark. These twisting bronze fins not only catch the eye but also echo the dynamic nature of London itself — ever-evolving yet deeply aware of its roots.

Inside, The BoTree London is a treat for the senses, with bespoke furniture adorned with colourful natural fabrics and textures exclusively curated for the hotel. Each area is a haven of comfort and elegance.
Founded in 1997, Concrete Amsterdam has emerged as a powerhouse of creativity in the design landscape, with a portfolio that spans the globe — from luxury hotels and high-end restaurants to cultural institutions and residential marvels. Their forward-thinking approach and bold design choices have left an indelible mark on the industry. We’ve been thrilled to work closely with their design team to provide interior furniture elements on this project.

Located on the ground floor, The BoTree Bar is an exciting venue that offers both time-honoured classics and new, exciting cocktails. The bar menu is complemented by vibrant flower displays, creating a tantalizing visual and taste experience that draws both local patrons and hotel guests alike.

The BoTree isn’t just about lavish accommodations; it’s a destination for dining, entertainment and indulgence. Dynamic bars, two exquisite restaurants (one offering panoramic rooftop vistas of the city), a live music club, a boutique screening room and a fitness centre ensure that every moment is filled with excitement and relaxation.

The private screening room offers a cinematic experience that goes beyond the ordinary. With its own separate external entrance on Henrietta Place, this room provides an intimate setting for guests to enjoy classic and new exciting cocktails while immersed in visually stunning presentations.
