Hospitality project

Four Seasons

The Four Seasons Hotel Baku, Azerbaijan, is one of the flagship properties in the global Four Seasons portfolio, a hotel held to the brand's stringent international standards for quality, finish and guest experience. Make Bespoke Studio's partners contributed bespoke furniture and joinery to several of the hotel's function and guestroom spaces.

Work included custom casegoods, decorative panels and feature lighting elements, each produced to the exacting specifications required by the brand's global design team. The project reflects the capability of Make Bespoke's partners to deliver against demanding international briefs, coordinating closely with procurement and design teams throughout the production process.

The Project

About Four Seasons Baku

The Four Seasons Hotel Baku occupies a 19-storey Beaux-Arts building on the Caspian seafront, opened in 2012 as the brand’s entry into Azerbaijan. Its architecture deliberately echoes the oil-boom palazzos that lined Baku in the early 1900s — carved stone, deep cornicing, formal proportions — updated to current five-star standard. The interiors run to 171 guestrooms, ballroom and event suites, spa, and four restaurants, all held to the operator’s global specification standard.

Work for a property at this tier carries a specific procurement discipline: every fitting is cross-checked against the brand’s international standards on materials, joinery tolerance, durability, finish and certification before it is signed off for production. Submittals are reviewed in sequence by the property’s design team, the procurement consultant and the operator’s regional FF&E team.

Our partners produced bespoke casegoods, decorative wall panels and feature lighting elements across function and guestroom spaces. Coordination ran through the procurement consultant and brand design team in parallel, with samples and prototypes signed off at each stage of the build.
